The functions of CHC include among others, liquidation and monitoring of public enterprises; divestiture of parastatal organizations; receiving and discharging of claims; disposing of the properties, rights and obligations and recovering of debts.
The Corporation’s main duties and functions are defined by the enabling Act and can be summarized as follows:

Managing its investments in NBC Ltd (30% share held as nominee)

Ex-SIMU 2000 LTD, and Ex-PSRC

Coordination to regulatory authorities

Settlement of matters arising from previous divestiture/liquidation of public enterprises
